Pilates, Yoga, and Spinning are all included in your membership. Our classes are given in an intimate setting by teachers who instruct with passion and knowledge.
Bootcamp:
If you are one of those people that enjoys walking out of the gym looking like you just took a shower with your clothes on, this is the class for you. Bootcamp is filled with exercises and an explosive workout format that will leave every muscle in your body trembling. Try one class, we guarantee you'll be back for more.
Spinning:
Most people who hate doing cardio love to do spinning! This high intensity stationary cycling class burns calories, improves heart and lung function, and makes time fly. Your instructor will guide you through an imaginary course with complementary music setting the soundtrack for your ride.
Pilates:
By placing a focus on your core muscles Pilates can help increase your muscle tone, become stronger, and more flexible. Our class will have participants that range from beginner level to advanced, so don't be afraid to try it today.
Yoga:
If people have been doing something for over 10,000 years it must be good. Yoga is good for the mind, body and soul. By training the body and soul together Yoga is unique workout and one of the fastest growing in the US
Core & More:
A versatile class that focuses on increasing the strength of your abs, hips and lower back. If you want to develop real functional stregth, and imporove your midsection this is the class for you!!
