All group fitness classes are included with your membership. Classes take place in a cool, comfortable aerobics room led by instructors who are passionate and knowledgeable about their class. Don’t think twice about jumping into one of our individually choreographed classes which are suitable for all fitness levels.
BootCamp: If you are one of those people that enjoys walking out of the gym looking like you just took a shower with your clothes on, then this is the class for you! BootCamp uses an explosive workout format and exercises that will leave every muscle in your body trembling. Try one class, we guarantee you’ll be back for more!
Spinning: Most people who hate doing cardio, love to spin! This high intensity stationary cycling class burns calories, improves heart and lung function, and makes the time fly by. Your instructor will guide you through a virtual course with hills, sprints and trails.
Yoga: Training your mind, body, and spirituality are the main goals of yoga. Practicing yoga can reduce your anxiety and stress levels while improving your flexibility. Whether you take Vinyasa Yoga with Megan or Dao in Yoga with Colden, our instructors will teach you new levels of communication, strength and self-assessment.
Core & More: This is a versatile class that focuses on increasing the strength of your abs, hips, and lower back. If you want to tone and strengthen your midsection while developing functional strength, this is the class for you!
Cardio Meltdown: An intense, high-velocity total body conditioning class. Be prepared to burn plenty of calories as you use your very own body weight to perform long bursts of maximum intensity exercises, followed by only short periods of rest. Each class, you will be constantly challenged with new exercises, different intervals, and a variety of reps. If you’re looking to increase strength, enhance your endurance, and boost your metabolism, take the Cardio Meltdown challenge and melt those extra calories away! …We dare you!
Latin Heat: Exclusive to Fitness360, Latin Heat is choreographed with high-energy Latin inspired dance moves electrified by high-octane Latin beats.
Body Blitz: Provides a total body workout for toning and burning stored fat light through the use of light weights combined with cardiovascular exercises.
Plyos: Plyos at Fitness360 is an explosive sequence of exercises and intervals designed to enhance strength, speed, and endurance; therefore improving performance in various sports. Although plyometrics is most commonly used in sports training, we’ve brought this highly taxing and aggressive training method to all of our members!
